Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TAG•V Swimwear — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene stickers and swing tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn swimwear cannot be accepted.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Return
- Email us at info@tagvswimwear.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, send the item back using a tracked postage method.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Once your return meets the conditions, we’ll issue a store credit so you can choose a different size or style.
- If you emailed us your bust, waist, and hip measurements (or a photo) before purchase and our sizing recommendation was incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping until we get it right.
- Otherwise, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered on faulty items. If your item is faulty, please email info@tagvswimwear.com.au with photos and details, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
